More than coffee, a way of living time.
Punta Ballena was born in Uruguay, in the calm of the south, where coffee isn't drunk in a hurry and every afternoon asks for its moment. We brought that way to São Paulo: a properly pulled espresso, the dulce de leche alfajor made with the recipe we have kept since 1981, southern cuts of meat and the table by the window, where the day slows down a little.
We opened our doors in Vila Olímpia at the end of 2025. Today the south lives in Pinheiros too. The same idea lives in each house: welcoming people the way you welcome them at home, serving with care, and letting time pass at the right pace.
